Los Angeles Galaxy striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly taking a decision to leave Manchester United after the failure of Jose Mourinho's side in the Champions League 2017-2018.

Last week United announced that Ibrahimovic would leave the club and not long ago, Major League Soccer club LA Galaxy confirmed the arrival of the 36-year-old player.

Back in play since last November after a long absence due to injury, Ibrahimovic had trouble getting a chance down from Mourinho.

According to the doctor who handled Ibrahimovic's knee injury, Dr Freddie Fu Ho-Kueng, the Swede went from Old Trafford as United eliminated Sevilla in the last 16 of the Champions League.

"Ibrahimovic and coach have a good relationship, he likes Manchester United, he is a hero before his injury, his plan is to see if he can come back and win more titles, especially the Champions League," Dr Freddie told South China Morning Post.

"After United were beaten by Sevilla I think the decision, I think, might be because that's my feeling, United can not catch Manchester City in the Premier League, maybe they can win the FA Cup which is certainly good but not as good as the Champions League. .

"He has won every prestigious title, unfortunately they lost to Sevilla, I think he will last longer, but he did not tell me that," he said.

Although always won the title with the club he ever strengthened, but until now Ibrahimovic has never even embraced the Champions League trophy in his career.
